Policies: At Evolution Beauty LLC, we genuinely care about our clients satisfaction and retention. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment. General: -Absolutely no refunds on services provided by Evolution Beauty, LLC. -Please come to your appointment oil and make-up free and your lashes and extensions clean. Clean lashes will help with lash retention. -If the client arrives to their appointment with dirty lashes or lashes with makeup on them, a lash bath may be recommended ($10 service). -Fills require a minimum of 40% of lash extensions left on the natural lashes. A Full Set or 4 Week Fill charge will be applied if there is less than 40% extensions left. Proper aftercare is essential to long lasting extensions. -Evolution Beauty LLC guarantees our work for up to 48 hours after the clients scheduled appointment is completed. If the client experiences massive fallout without the natural lash attached to the extensions, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the issue. -Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may need to reschedule and may be subject to a $25 fee. -If client is unhappy with the results of their lashes, a one time fix-it appointment may be scheduled free of charge. -Clients acknowledge that allergic reactions or sensitivities may occur on a case by case basis. -Fills must be scheduled 2-3 weeks after each appointment. Anything over 4 weeks may be subject to a Full Set or 4 Week Fill Charge ($125 and up) -Please allow yourself enough time for your appointment slot. If you are in a hurry or need to be out by a certain time, please inform your artist before the start of your appointment. New clients: A 50% deposit is required for all appointments. Cancellations: Minimum 48 hours notice for cancellations for Full Sets and Fills and is subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service if the cancellation occurs within that timeframe. The fee may be waived if rescheduled, however the fee will be applied if client chooses to cancel each subsequent occurrence thereafter. Illnesses: Please DO NOT come to your appointment if you are sick. Please notify Evolution Beauty, LLC as soon as possible. If cancelling your appointment due to an illness, a one time reschedule is allowed otherwise client will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee. Brow Lamination Before and Aftercare: -Avoid exfoliating the skin and Retin-A and products that contain AHAS and BHAS for at least 72 hours before service. -Wash hair before appointment as you will not be able to wet eyebrows for 48 hours after. -Schedule facial appointment(s) anytime before the brow lamination appointment. -Arrive Makeup Free -Do not wet brows until after 48 hours. Failing to do so may create undesirable results. -Do not apply makeup or skincare products until 48 hours after service. -Avoid direct sunlight for 48 hours. -Keep brows hydrated with a biotin serum and brush brows daily .

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours for Full Sets and within 24 hours for Fills. No-shows are also subject to a 50% charge.
